Hunt, Executive Director <br />Jia: Mr. Mark Peterson, WNDU -TV <br />Ms. Judy Bradford, South Bend Tribune <br />INESS <br />nission discussion and action on proposal <br />Parcels E3 -3 and E3 -4 in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. <br />Mr. Hunt stated that the Commission was <br />not'fied on December 19th that there would be <br />a c ange in the partnership that had submitted <br />a b'd for Parcels E3 -3 and E3 -4 in the East <br />Ban,. located immediately north of the Emporium <br />parking lot. Those two parcels are the <br />proposed site for a seventeen story apartment <br />tower to be built by Mill Race, an Indiana <br />Li ted Partnership, in which Eugene Conard <br />was going to serve as general partner. Since <br />Dec r 19th the staff and Ms. Schwartz have <br />worked with the attorney representing the <br />partnership in an attempt to bring together <br />all the information needed by the Commission <br />to authorize a Contract for Sale of Land for <br />either a revised partnership or a totally new <br />partnership. As of this time, the staff has <br />not received a complete package of information <br />to review. Without that complete package and <br />staff review, it is impossible for the <br />Co ssion to take any action on the new <br />par nership relating to the sale of land. <br />
