Coiff iission a <br />Certificate of <br />Associates. <br />ted for a <br />Mrs Kolata explained that certain land was <br />sold by the Commission to Park Center <br />Associates for the Park Point building in <br />Mo oe Park. After the building was <br />co leted, there was a staff inspection of the <br />property to determine that they did <br />sat sfactorly build what they said would be <br />built and that it was completed. The staff <br />reccumendation is that the Commission approve <br />the Certificate of Completion. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Combs, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Cormdssion approved a Certificate of <br />Co letion for Park Center Associates. <br />c. Com�ission approval requested for adoption of <br />for the South Bend Central Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that a previous policy <br />was established for other Redevelopment areas. <br />ThiE policy has been updated for use in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area.
