South Bend edevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - November 8, 1985 <br />7. Progress Reports (Cont.) <br />b. Tax Incremental Finance Bond Sale Schedule <br />Mr. Hunt reported that the Tax Incremental <br />Fimmce Bond sale is scheduled for November <br />26th at 12:00 noon. The notice for sale of <br />bonds will be advertised November 8th and <br />Noveinber 15th. There will be a special <br />Red velopment Commission scheduled for the <br />ti of the sale. <br />c. Mot Foundation Report <br />Mr. Hunt reported that Redevelopment received <br />copies of a special report from the Mott <br />Foundation which included a nice article on <br />South Bend Heritage's program highlighting the <br />Mo oe Park area. Mr. Hunt noted that Glenda <br />Rae Hernandez was quoted quite extensively in <br />the article. <br />8. NEXT COD MISSION MEETING <br />The nee Regular Meeting of the Commission <br />will be held on Friday, November 22, 1985 at <br />10:00 a.m. <br />a <br />There being no further business to come before <br />the Cormtission, Mr. Piasecki made a motion <br />that the meeting be adjourned.
