Haney <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the <br />Cormtission approved proposals and grants in <br />connection with the Emergency Repair Program <br />as listed above. <br />Mr. Nimtz made an official welcome to Janet <br />Hol ton, Director of the Bureau of Housing, <br />returning from a maternity leave. Mr. Nimtz <br />reported that the Bureau staff did a very good <br />job in her absence. <br />It was noted that Mr. Piasecki drew the names <br />for the drawing of the Homestead awards made <br />on November 6, 1985. <br />b. C ssion a <br />No. 751 redec <br />Deve lopment A <br />for Resolution <br />the South Bend Central <br />the development plan. <br />Mr. Hunt explained that the amendment to the <br />Development Plan for the South Bend Central <br />Development Area involves the addition of one <br />parcel to the acquisition list. That parcel <br />is 15 -3 which is owned by the Greater <br />Christian Tabernacle Church located at 310 W. <br />Monroe. The amount of land to be acquired is <br />3,300 square feet. It is the church that sits <br />within the project area for the proposed <br />multi-use stadium.
