South Bend redevelopment Commission <br />RescheduledlRegular Meeting - October 14, 1985 <br />7. PROGRESS REPORT (Cont.) <br />involved in the presentation were <br />representatives from Springsted, Inc., and <br />Baker & Daniels, bond counsel for the City. <br />The projected date of sale of the TIF bonds is <br />November 19, 1985. <br />Mr. Hunt noted that the Contract for Sale of <br />Land will be sent to Hutchcraft & Associates <br />by about October 18th for execution regarding <br />their a artment construction in the East Bank. <br />The Slu sky -Peltz new construction in Monroe <br />Park is moving along. The former Crescent <br />Electric building in the East Bank is <br />two-thirds demolished. After Crescent <br />Electric, demolition of the former Luther <br />Beverag building will begin. <br />Mr. Hun also reported that renovation work on <br />the Pal is Royale building will begin within <br />the next few weeks. <br />Ms. Her *andez asked the status of the previous <br />bidders on the L. Keen building. <br />Ms. Schwartz responded that there will be a <br />report given on the L. Keen building at the <br />October 25th Redevelopment Commission meeting. <br />8. NEXT CO1 MISSION MEETING <br />9P <br />The ne Regular Meeting of the Commission <br />will be held on Friday, October 25, 1985 at <br />10:00 a m. <br />There being no further business to come before <br />the Co ssion, Ms. Auburn made a motion that <br />the meeting be adjourned.
