NEW <br />h. <br />i. <br />h. <br />nd Redevelopment <br />Commission <br />Meeting <br />- February 8, 1985 <br />BUSINESS <br />(Cont.) <br />Continued... <br />Mr. <br />Hunt explained that Resolution No. 734 <br />relates <br />to Disposition Parcels 4 -1 and 4 -2 <br />which <br />is commonly referred to as the L. Keen <br />Building. <br />The parcels are approximately 8,991 <br />square <br />feet in terms of land and 5,548 square <br />feet <br />in terms of building. The re -use <br />eval <br />ation was established at $20,392.00. Th( <br />pro <br />sed re -use is comunercial. <br />Upon <br />a motion made by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. <br />Piasecki and unanimously carried, <br />Resolution <br />No. 734 approving the fair market <br />re-use <br />value of land within the Monroe Sample <br />Development <br />Area was approved. <br />Co mission <br />authorization requested to publish <br />Notice <br />of Intended Sale of Disposition Parcel <br />4 -1 <br />and 4 -2 in the Monroe Sample Development <br />Area <br />with publication dates to be February 15 <br />and <br />22, 1985, and receipt of bids to be at <br />10:00 <br />a.m. on March 25, 1985. <br />Rick Pitts stated that the staff will <br />Mr. <br />prepare <br />a display ad in addition to the legal <br />notice <br />for the L. Keen building.
