The property presently has the former <br />Lut,ier Beverage warehouse on it which has been <br />vac3nt for some time. The property also <br />includes a small house that the former Luther <br />Bev race warehouse was built around. <br />Upo a motion made by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, Proclaimer <br />Cer ificate No. 7 relative to establishment of <br />fair market value of property to be acquired <br />in e East Bank Development Area was <br />d. Comnission approval requested for Resolution <br />No. 725 relating to acquisition of property <br />condemnation in the East Bank Development <br />Mr. Hunt explained that Resolution No. 725 <br />fol owed the standard condemnation process. <br />The resolution allows Redevelopment, should <br />they not be able reach agreement with the <br />pri ate party on the acquisition of Parcel <br />9-l-, 9 -12 and 9 -13 in the East Bank <br />Dev lopment Area, to move ahead with <br />condemnation. <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, Resolution <br />No. 725 relating to acquisition of property by <br />condemnation in the East Bank Development Area <br />waslapproved. <br />e.
