Upo a motion made by Mr. Donoho, seconded by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, Proclaimer Cer ificate No. 7 relative to establishment of fair market value of property to be acquired in e East Bank Development Area was d. Comnission approval requested for Resolution No. 725 relating to acquisition of property condemnation in the East Bank Development Mr. Hunt explained that Resolution No. 725 fol owed the standard condemnation process. The resolution allows Redevelopment, should they not be able reach agreement with the pri ate party on the acquisition of Parcel 9-l-, 9 -12 and 9 -13 in the East Bank Dev lopment Area, to move ahead with condemnation. Upon a motion made by Ms. Auburn, seconded by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, Resolution No. 725 relating to acquisition of property by condemnation in the East Bank Development Area waslapproved. e. Comdssion approval of a Short Term Lease between the Redevelopment Commission and Teachers Credit Union relating to the Central Do town Urban Renewal Area.
