Con#ission <br />ttee. <br />e. <br />to the Design Review <br />Mr. Hunt explained that Mr. Timothy Price of <br />the ational Bank resigned from the Design <br />Revi w Committee for the East Bank Development <br />Area. Mr. William Kemp, Senior vice President <br />of C mmercial Lending at National Bank, is <br />being recommended by the staff to be appointed <br />to replace Timothy Price. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by . Donaldson and unanimously carried, the <br />Co ssion appointed Mr. William Kemp to the <br />Design Review Committee for the East Bank <br />Development Area. <br />xepo�t on Housing Market Analysis in the East <br />Bank I Development Area. <br />Mr. Hunt presented a summary of a Housing <br />Mark t Analysis in the East Bank Development <br />Area completed by Nicholas C. Jannotta & <br />Associates. The market study reviewed <br />Rede elopment owned property and some other <br />projects in the East Bank area. More <br />specifically they studied the Mill Race <br />property, the Boyer property, property on the <br />southwest corner of Niles and Colfax, the <br />Crescent Electric site, and the former <br />Robertson's warehouse building. The market <br />analysis specifically stated some marketing <br />strat gies and development elements. The <br />market study looked at the area economy, <br />existing apartment /condo complexes, it <br />included meetings with realtors, development <br />officials and local public officials.
