New Business <br />a. Comnission approval requested for Resolution <br />No. 716 approving the fair re -use value of <br />land in the Central Downtown Urban Renewal <br />Are &, R -66. <br />Mr. Hunt explained that Resolution No. 716 <br />set3 the fair re -use value of land for <br />DisDosition Parcel 4 -42, 4 -43 and part of 4 -44 <br />together with a parking garage to be <br />con tructed thereon for a total of <br />approximately 109 spaces on two levels. The <br />approximate size of the land is 26,574 square. <br />Re-use valuation is established as an annual <br />lease payment of $28,740, and a purchase <br />option of $912,000 with all lease payments <br />made attributed to the purchase price. The <br />pro sed re -use would be a commercial parking <br />garage to service a development project on <br />Courthouse Square. The Redevelopment <br />Comnission will construct the garage. <br />
