Cont <br />elopment Commission <br />August 31, 1984 <br />(Cont.) <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 716 <br />ap roving the fair re -use value of land in the <br />Central Downtown Urban Renewal Area, R -66. <br />b. At that time a proposal was accepted <br />frcm B &C Construction and a loan in the amount <br />of $9,550 was approved. Since then the <br />Br 's have asked that a number of items be <br />deleted from the contract primarily to make <br />thE loan more affordable to them.
