NEW <br />f. <br />N <br />h. <br />end <br />Redevelopment Commission <br />Meeting <br />- July 27, 1984 <br />BUSINESS <br />(Cont.) <br />a royal r ested for an Agreement <br />Commission <br />with <br />Mathews- Purucker- Anella, Inc., relative <br />to <br />design of a parking structure in the <br />Central <br />Downtown Urban Renewal Area. <br />Hunt explained that the proposed contract <br />Mr. <br />is <br />for the Southwest corner of Michigan and <br />Washington <br />Streets in the Central Downtown <br />Urhan <br />Renewal Area. The term of the contract <br />is <br />14 months. The basic fee should not exceed <br />$56,350.00. <br />Upcn <br />a motion made by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, an <br />Agreement <br />with Mathews- Purucker- Anella, Inc., <br />relative <br />to design of a parking structure in <br />the <br />Central Downtown Urban Renewal Area was <br />approved. <br />Commission <br />approval r ested for Proclaimer <br />Certificate <br />No. 6 in the East Bank Development <br />Area. <br />Hunt explained that Proclaimer Certificate <br />Mr. <br />No. <br />6 would establish fair market value of <br />property <br />to be acquired in the East Bank <br />Development <br />Area. The property in question, <br />presently <br />held by Mill Race, Inc., includes <br />Parcels <br />1 -5, 1 -6, 1 -7, 1 -8, 1 -9, 1 -10, 1 -11, <br />1 -19, <br />1 -20, 1 -22, 1 -23 and 1 -24. If approved, <br />the <br />fair market price would be $568,700. <br />Upon <br />a motion made by Mr. Donaldson, seconded <br />by <br />Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, <br />Proclaimer <br />Certificate No. 6 in the East Bank <br />Development <br />Area was approved. <br />Commission <br />a p roval requested for Resolution <br />No. <br />712 related to acquisition of property by <br />condemnation <br />in the East Bank Development <br />Area. <br />Hunt explained that Resolution No. 712 <br />Mr. <br />followed <br />the standard condemnation process. <br />The <br />property in question, presently held by <br />Mill <br />Race, Inc., includes Parcels 1 -5, 1 -6, <br />1 -7, <br />1 -8, 1 -9, 1 -10, 1 -11, 1 -19, 1 -20, 1 -22, <br />1 -23 <br />and 1 -24. <br />-8- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED AN <br />AGREEMENT WITH MATHEWS- <br />PURUCKER- ANELLA, INC., <br />RELATIVE TO DESIGN OF A <br />PARKING STRUCTURE IN THE <br />CENTRAL DOWN'T'OWN URBAN <br />RENEWAL AREA <br />COMMISSION APPROVED PRO- <br />CLAIMER CERTIFICATE NO. 6 <br />IN THE EAST BANK DEVELOPMENT <br />AREA <br />
