Teachers Credit Union of South Bend, Indiana (TCU) relative to Part of Parcel 4 -84 and vacated alley. TCU bid $9,750.00 for the pr perty which contains 4,636 s.f. This met th minimum offering price of $9,750.00. TCU also submitted the required loo performance quaranty of $975.00.
