The proposal is for materials only <br />and not for hourly wage rates. Mr. Luecke <br />will sub - contract out the plumbing, heating <br />an electrical work. The sub - contractors will <br />be paid directly by the Bureau of Housing. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Donaldson and unanimously carried, a <br />proposal and loan in connection with the <br />Section 312 Loan Program was approved for <br />Stephen and Margaret Luecke, 810 Leland <br />Av nue, in the amount of $20,667.81 for the <br />pr posal and $21,600.00 for the loan. <br />b. Commission approval requested for Addendum II <br />to a contract with Community Development for <br />funds related to Central Business District <br />De eloDmnt Activitv (CD83 -607). <br />Mr. Hunt explained that this Addendum was an <br />extension of the present contract with <br />Community Development to September 31, 1984. <br />There is no change in the budget for this <br />contract. The contract covers downtown <br />im rovements such as landscaping and lighting. <br />Upcn a motion made by Mr. Donaldson, seconded <br />by Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Addendum II to a contract <br />with Community Development for funds related <br />to Central Business District Development <br />Ac ivity (CD83 -607). <br />c.
