The dedication of public <br />t -of way will allow the owners of Parcel <br />Panzica Development Company, to cross the <br />strip for necessary access to their <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Donaldson, seconded <br />by Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the <br />Coamission approved dedication of public <br />right-of-way in the Monroe Sample Development <br />Ms. Schwartz enter into the minutes as a <br />matter of record information received from <br />Thcmas Panzica, general partner of Panzica <br />De elopment Company, with regard to Monroe <br />Sanple Parcel 11 and the west half of vacated <br />Rush Street which was sold to Panzica <br />De elopment Company. The partners who <br />purchase that property have elected to be <br />called Tech Centre Partnership who will own <br />an develop the property. They will manage <br />thE completed facilities under the name of <br />Pa zica Development Company. They have <br />certified to the Commission that this is a <br />chEnge in name only and the partners are the <br />same as previously represented. <br />Mr. Nimtz noted that the information was <br />received and entered into the record. <br />Mr. Hunt noted that the Design Review <br />Committee met on July 11, 1984, to consider <br />the Curtis Products project for Disposition <br />Parcels 13 and 14 in the Monroe Sample <br />Develoument Area. The project received a <br />favorable recommendation from the Design <br />Review Committee. <br />8.
