Coamission <br />authorization requested for <br />$13,427 FOR A PROPOSAL AND <br />execution <br />of a Reaffirmation Agreement with <br />$10,550 FOR A LOAN; AND HUGHIE <br />Sharon <br />Lene Settles in connection with the <br />&.TEOLA HILL, 930 FUERBRINGER, <br />Affordable <br />Loan Program. <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $11,705 FOR <br />A PROPOSAL AND $9,200 FOR A <br />Mrs. <br />Kolata explained that Sharon Lene Settles <br />LOAN <br />has <br />filed bankruptcy with the U.S. Bankruptcy <br />Court <br />but has indicated her intention to <br />co <br />tinue to pay on her obligation to the <br />Bureau <br />of Housing. This is a reaffirmation to <br />that <br />effect. <br />Upon <br />a motion made by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />COMMISSION AUTHORIZED <br />Mr. <br />Donaldson and unanimously carried, the <br />EXECUTION OF A REAFFIRMATION <br />Commission <br />authorized execution of a <br />AGREEMENT WITH SHARON LENS <br />Reaffirmation <br />Agreement with Sharon Lene <br />SETTLES IN CONNECTION WITH <br />Settles <br />in connection with the Affordable Loan <br />THE AFFORDABLE LOAN PROGRAM <br />f.
