Mr. Hunt stated <br />that there are no retainage fees left for <br />these companies, so contracts will be paid <br />from the Bureau of Housing Rehabilitation <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />propDsals in connection with the South Bend <br />Home Improvement Loan Program were approved <br />for osa Lee Williams, 2414 Kenwood, in the <br />amouat of $1,451.00; George Chester, 616 E. <br />South Street, in the amount of $1,860.00; Mary <br />Leac , 738 S. Illinois, in the amount $660.00; <br />and Reatha Powell, 309 S.
