MORRIS, 1745 <br />Rose E. Morris, 1745 Prairie, in the amount of PRAIRIE, IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$245.00; Allen Marie Works, 619 N. St. Louis, $245.00; ALLEN MARIE WORKS, <br />in the amount of $81.23; Balint G. Szoke, 1534 619 N. ST.. LOUIS, IN THE <br />Swygart,in the amount of $1,400.00; Cleola AMOUNT OF $1,400.00: CLEOLA <br />Peak, 618 Euclid, in the amount of $564.00; PEAK, 618 EUCLID, IN THE <br />and Maggie Plump, 1633 Fassnacht, in the AMOUNT OF $564.00; AND <br />amount of $98.00. MAGGIE PLUMP, 1633 FASSNACHT, <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $98.00 <br />b. Coimdssion a p roval requested to amend the <br />_guidelines for the Bureau of Housing Renta <br />Rel iab Procrram. <br />Mr . Kolata explained that this was an <br />am dment to the existing guidelines for the <br />Bureau of Housing Rental Rehab Program. The <br />am dment provides for the rehabilitation of <br />structures that contain five or more housing <br />un ts. Previously the guidelines only allowed <br />Bureau of Housing loans for structures <br />containing one to four housing units. The <br />ch ge in guidelines enables a landlord with <br />five or more units to be eligible to apply, <br />provided that a non - profit organization can be <br />fo d to channel the Community Development <br />fu-ids to the landlord and to service the loan. <br />The interest rate and terms of the loan will <br />be negotiated by the City and the non - profit <br />or anization on a case by case basis. <br />U n a motion made by Mr. Piasecki, seconded COMMISSION APPROVAL OF AN <br />by Mr. Donaldson and unanimously carried, the AMENDMENT TO THE GUIDELINES <br />Ccimission. approved an amendment to the FOR THE BUREAU OF HOUSING <br />guidelines for the Bureau of Housing Rental RENTAL REHAB PROGRAM <br />Rehab Program. <br />-3- <br />
