One of the conditions <br />of the estimate was that the homeowner be <br />set-up on a yearly renewal plan so that the <br />problem will not re- occur. There will be an <br />amEmdment to the homeowners agreement to <br />include a provision that the homeowner will <br />pal, that renewal fee of approximately $30.00 <br />per year so that the company may come back and <br />in -oect the home. <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the <br />Conmission approved proposals and grants in <br />cornection with the Emergency Repair Program <br />for Geraldine Nailon, 1023 Woodward, in the <br />amount of $1,500.00; Nina Anderson, 222 E. <br />Dukkail, in the amount of $465.00; Leslie & <br />In z Bracey, 404 E.
