Connission approval requested for Resolution <br />No. 703 authorizing the transfer of real <br />prorerty to the South Bend Board of Public <br />Works. <br />Ms. Eugenia Schwartz explained that the <br />CormLission has received a resolution from the <br />Boaxd of Public Works requesting that the <br />Con-mission transfer to them title of property <br />in the Central Downtown Urban Renewal Area, <br />Lots 50, 51 and 52. The request was made for <br />the long range development of a municipal <br />par ing facility. This resolution gives the <br />Co ssion permission to convey this property <br />to e Board of Public Works for $25.00. <br />AUTHORIZATION TO ADVERTISE <br />FOR BIDS FOR EXTERIOR RENO- <br />VATION OF THE L. This Addendum to <br />Agreement for Professional Services is for a <br />tims extension of sixty days in which to <br />produce the brochure. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Addendun to Agreement for Professional <br />Services with Hendershot & Associates <br />Advertising was approved. <br />-3- <br />APPROVAL OF ADDENDUM TO <br />AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL <br />SERVICES WITH HENDERSHOT & <br />ASSOCIATES ADVERTISING FOR <br />DEVELOPMENT OF THE EAST BANK <br />BROCHURE <br />
