Auburn and unanimously carried, <br />Resolution No. 699 approving an application <br />for ieal property tax deduction was approved. <br />A motion was made by Mr. Donaldson to <br />reconsider the vote on Resolution No. 699 due <br />to e disclosure of participants in the <br />Pala's Royale to allow Ms. Auburn to <br />disqualify herself from voting. The motion <br />was econded by Mr. Piasecki and unanimously <br />The motion was made by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Mr. Donaldson and unanimously carried, to <br />readopt Resolution No. 699 approving an <br />application for real property tax deduction. <br />g. comma sion approval requested for Resolution <br />No. 7 0 authorizing the Commission to petition <br />the rta e Township Assessor for reassessment <br />of r :)perty in the East Bank Development <br />Alloc tion Area. <br />Ms. Schwartz explained that this resolution <br />will Detition the Portage Township Assessor to <br />make a reassessment of property within the <br />designated allocation area.
