AIA for <br />tion of site plans for the block <br />and M,in Streets. <br />Mr. Himt explained that this Agreement would <br />allow Mathews - Purucker- Anella, Inc., to do <br />specific site design work for the block <br />bounde,d by Washington, Michigan, Jefferson <br />and niin Streets in conjunction with the <br />proposed Teachers Credit Union project and <br />the T anspo project. Mr. Hunt stated that <br />MPA w uld also prepare preliminary cost <br />estimites for development of the full block, <br />all private and public uses, and the costs <br />assoc ated with the public improvements. Mr. <br />Hunt lso stated that the maximum amount of <br />payme t is $16,000. <br />Mr. P asecki suggested that no final decision <br />be made on changing traffic patterns until a <br />complete analysis is made of the block. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Ms Auburn and unanimously carried, the <br />Agreement for Professional Services with <br />Mathe - Purucker- Anella, Inc., for preparation <br />of site plans for the block bounded by <br />Washi gton, Michigan, Jefferson and Main <br />Stree s was approved. <br />Mr. Himt reported that the Commission should <br />expect a presentation on the first phase on <br />the J s E. Childs & Associates River Bend <br />Plaza Enhancement Project by mid- January. <br />Mrs. Derbeck asked the progress on bids <br />received for East Bank Parcel 3 -3 and 3 -4. <br />Mr. Himt stated that the staff is waiting for <br />additional financial information and this <br />could take as long as one and one half <br />8.
