N. Johnson; Christine Woodward, 1715 S. <br />William; John P. & Patrice Warren, 1506 Leer; <br />and Catherine Simpson, 524 N. Cleveland. <br />C 'ssion approval requested to amend the <br />Agreement for Professional Services with <br />Janes E. Childs & Associates, Inc., for the <br />River Bend Plaza Enhancement Project. <br />Mr. Hunt explained that this was an amendment <br />to the existing contract with James E. Childs <br />and Associates extending the date to <br />12/31/84. He stated that no other aspect of <br />the contract will change. <br />Ms. Auburn abstained from voting. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, an <br />amendment to the Agreement for Professional <br />Se ices with James E.
