Scott Street <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. Donaldson and unanimously carried, a <br />proposal in connection with the South Bend <br />Home Improvement Loan Program was approved for <br />Thomas and Terri Brown, 528 N. Scott Street, <br />in e amount of $11,975. <br />Commission approval requested for Business <br />Relocation Policv Statement for the East Bank <br />Develognent Area. <br />Mrs Kolata explained that this policy is a <br />supplement to the existing regulations that we <br />operate under the Uniform Relocation Act. She <br />stated that this statement clarifies the <br />Uniform Relocation Act and will serve as a <br />handout for the property owners that we deal <br />with. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the <br />Conviission approved the Business Relocation <br />Policy Statement for the East Bank Development <br />Area. <br />Commission authorization requested to enter <br />into a Contract for Professional Services with <br />Hendershot & Associates Advertising for <br />re jaration and publication of a brochure <br />related to the East Bank Develooment Area . <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that we have received a <br />pro sal from Hendershot and Associates <br />Advertising outlining the specifications for <br />the brochure. The brochure will be used as a <br />mar eting brochure to be handed out to <br />interested developers. Henderschot's proposal <br />was to produce 400 brochures at a cost not to <br />exceed $15,000.
