Jefferson <br />Upom a motion made by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Donaldson and unanimously carrried, <br />proposals and grants in connection with the <br />Emergency Repair Program were approved for <br />Ma Lee Berry, 1913 S. Warren, and Lestene <br />Pet us, 809 W. Jefferson. <br />b. Commission action on bid received for <br />Disposition Parcel #8 -1 in the Central <br />Domitown Urban Renewal Area (Indiana R -66 <br />Mr. Charles Clark, representing the Holladay <br />Co ration, presented the plans for the <br />development of Disposition Parcel #8 -1. He <br />exp ained that on that site would be a phased <br />development that will be at least 90,000 <br />squiire feet of gross leasable space on four <br />stories with a maximum of 337 surface and <br />underground parking spaces. He stated that <br />the staged development would include the <br />cen er which would be the main entrance facing <br />northwest. Mr. Clark stated that their <br />development plan is scheduled to begin in the <br />Spring of 1984 with the construction time for <br />the first phase of the improvements taking <br />app oximately twelve months. The total <br />investment for the first p phase of 50,000 <br />gross square feet, 45,000 rentalable square <br />fee--, would be in the vicinity of $4,000,000 <br />and approximately $4,000,000 for the second <br />phase, with the overall investment <br />approximately $8 -$8.2 million.
