Grace Street <br />Mrs Kolata noted that the correct bid amount <br />should be $758.00 instead of $738.00 as listed <br />on the agenda. <br />Mrs Kolata explained that the work had <br />previously been done approximately one year <br />ago and the original contractor, Jack Frost <br />Co any, had been called back for some minor <br />regiirs. The contractor did not come back to <br />complete the work. Mrs. Kolata further <br />explained that a portion of the retainage fee <br />of the original contractor will be used to pay <br />for this work and Jack Frost Company will no <br />longer be allowed to bid on any Bureau of <br />Hou ing contracts in the future. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Donaldson, seconded <br />by Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the <br />proposal in connection with the South Bend <br />Home Improvement Loan Program for Lena Balcer, <br />2615 W.
