<br />L. Jaynes, 1260 Woodward Avenue. The lowest
<br />bi der was Aardvark Construction Company who
<br />is presently at capacity according to the
<br />Bu eau of Housing guidelines.
<br />Mr 3. Kolata also noted that Bockaj
<br />Construction Company was the second lowest
<br />bidder for Mary Zakrowski, 458 S. Harris. The
<br />to est bidder was Jurtin Construction Company
<br />who is presently at capacity according to the
<br />Bureau of Housing guidelines.
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Donaldson, seconded
<br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the
<br />loans in connection with the Affordable Loan
<br />Program in the amount of $4,750 for Jayne L.
<br />Jaynes, 1260 Woodward Avenue, $5,700 for Mary
<br />Za owski, 458 Harris, $5,400 for Doye Scott,
<br />1235 E. Sorin, and $5,350 for Deloris Simmons,
<br />94 Humphreys Court, were approved.
<br />Upbn a motion made by Mr. Piasecki, seconded
<br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, bids in
<br />connection with the Affordable Loan Program in
<br />the amount of $9,080 for Jurtin Construction
<br />Company, $10,595 for Bockaj Construction
<br />CPT)an $10,047 for V.V. Engle Construction
<br />Cyand $10,145 for Bockaj Construction
