The lowest bidder for both projects <br />was Bockaj Construction Company who is <br />presently at capacity according to the Bureau <br />of Housing guidelines. <br />U n a motion made by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, loans in <br />connection with the Section 312 Loan Program <br />as listed above were approved for Geary and <br />Carol Cannady, 518 S. Illinois, Murial S. <br />Ta lor, 533 S. Wellington, William,,add Patti <br />Ni ks, 1234 W. Napiw., and Jeffrey and Susan <br />Mo er, 745 N.
