Continued... <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Aburn, seconded by <br />Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the <br />contracts in the amount of $16,985 for <br />Aardvark Construction Company for 110 N. Adams <br />Street, $18,035 for Jurtin Construction <br />Conpany for 624 S. Clinton, and $10,340 for <br />Aardvark Construction Company for 1413 E. <br />Cedar Street were approved. <br />c. Commission ratification and approval requested <br />for ro sals and grants in connection with <br />the aTergency Repair Program in accordance <br />with the recommendation from the Bureau of <br />Hous'na. <br />Name) Contractor <br />Leonard & Pearl Anderson <br />1522 S. White, Inc. $ 178 <br />Mr. Hunt explained that due to the nature of <br />this program repairs require an immediate <br />res nse. Mr. Hunt further explained that the <br />repairs have already been made and Commission <br />rati ication is requested. <br />Mr. Piasecki asked that the Bureau of Housing <br />re-evaluate the loan requirement cap of $1,500 <br />for e 1984 program. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by M3. Auburn and unanimously carried, the <br />bids and grants listed above were approved. <br />d. Commission approval requested for the <br />following ro sals in connection with the <br />Homestead/South Bend Home Improvement Loan <br />Pr am in accordance with the recommendation <br />from the Bureau of Housing. <br />BIDS AND GRANTS WERE APPROVED <br />AS LISTED IN CONNECTION WITH <br />THE EMERGENCY REPAIR PROGRAM <br />
