Robinson that a Notice <br />of Public Hearing was delivered to Sharon Roth <br />of the Area Plan Commission, Mary Rose Putz of <br />the Board of Public Works, Betty Burch of the <br />Board of Zoning Appeals, James Markle, <br />Building Commissioner, and Florence Brown of <br />the Park Department on August 3, 1983. A copy <br />of the Notice was posted on the Bulletin Board <br />of the Board of Public Works, 13th Floor of <br />the County -City Building, on August 3, 1983. <br />5. original of the Area Plan Commission's <br />Resolution No. 74, which deals with the <br />subject of the Public Hearing <br />6. A Certified copy of Resolution No. 1078 -83 of <br />the Common Council of the City of South Bend <br />relative to the subject of the Public <br />Baring. <br />7. copy of Resolution No. 681 of the <br />Redevelopment Commission with a copy of the <br />amended pages of the Development Plan <br />attached. <br />Mr. imtz recognized and received the various <br />do is and ordered them entered into the <br />Mrs. Kolata informed the Commission that as of <br />10:00 a.m. today no written remonstrances with <br />respect to the Commission's action were <br />received. <br />Mr. Hunt explained that the resolution <br />reconfirming the declaratory resolution for <br />the East Bank Development included two <br />changes. The first change added additional <br />parcels to the acquisition list.
