He stated that this <br />property <br />involves the blue metal building sit <br />and <br />the site immediately north with the <br />exception <br />of property that is going toward th <br />actual <br />walkway along the East Raceway. <br />Upon <br />a motion made by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. <br />Piasecki and unanimously carried, <br />Resolution <br />No. 685 approving the fair re -use <br />value <br />of land in the East Bank Development <br />Area <br />was approved. <br />Commission <br />authorization requested to publish <br />Noti <br />e of Intended Sale of Disposition Parcel <br />3 -4 <br />and part of 3 -3 in the East Bank <br />DeveLopment <br />Area, with receipt of bids to be <br />at 1):00 <br />a.m. on September 6, 1983. <br />a motion made by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Upon <br />Mr. <br />Piasecki and unanimously carried, <br />auth <br />rization to publish Notice of Intended <br />Sale <br />of Disposition Parcels 3 -4 and part of <br />3 -3 <br />in the East Bank Development Area, with <br />receipt <br />of bids to be at 10:00 a.m. on <br />Sept <br />r 6, 1983, was granted. <br />Commission <br />authorization requested for <br />Reso <br />ution No. 686 approving the fair re -use <br />valu <br />of land within the Central Downtown <br />Urban <br />Renewal Area (Indiana R -66). <br />Hunt explained that this resolution <br />Mr. <br />invo <br />ves a parcel of 80,705 square feet, <br />re-use <br />value has been set at $141,125 and the <br />use <br />has been established as commercial. <br />Upon <br />a motion made by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by M3. <br />Auburn and unanimously carried, <br />Reso <br />ution No. 686 approving the fair re -use <br />valu <br />of land within the Central Downtown <br />Urban <br />Renewal Area (Indiana R -66) was <br />appr <br />ved. -11- <br />APPROVAL OF CERTIFICATE OF <br />COMPLETION FOR ST.
