We have a loan request related to Nannie Smith, at 1137 W. Jefferson, in the amount of $13,500. The loan is based on a bid from Jurtin's Construc- tion Company which was the low bidder, in the amount of $12,551.00. The difference between the bid amount and the loan amount involves a cont ngency item and some actual costs related to title examination and so on.
