NEW <br />a. <br />b. <br />c. <br />end <br />Redevelopment Commission <br />Me <br />ting - August 27, 1982 <br />BUSINESS <br />(Continued) <br />. . <br />Continued. <br />Upon <br />a motion made by Mr. Donaldson, seconded by <br />Ms. <br />Auburn and carried unanimously, Resolution <br />No. <br />664 was passed as amended. <br />Comnission <br />consideration requested for a tax abate- <br />ment <br />request relative to an area commonly refer "red <br />to <br />as the Ethanol Site in the Rum Village Industria <br />Par <br />Deve o ment Area. <br />Hunt noted that the reason for this action is b <br />Mr. <br />cause <br />there is a one -year time period requirement f <br />a firm <br />to obtain a building permit. This expired a <br />New <br />Energy is re- applying for abatement. <br />Mr. <br />Nimtz made a clarifitation amendment to include <br />the <br />new legal description in the petition. <br />Upon <br />a motion made by Mr. Robinson, seconded by Mr. <br />Donaldson <br />and carried unanimously, the request, as <br />amended, <br />was approved. <br />Commission <br />approval requested for Addendum II to a <br />contract <br />with Battelle Co umbus Laboratories. <br />Hunt noted that Battelle needs an additional <br />Mr. <br />$7,000 <br />to complete their work ($61,000 :total).
