Com ission approval requested for Resolution <br />No. 664 encouraging the Common Council to desig- <br />nate the Airport Industrial Park as a Tax Abate- <br />ment Impact Area. <br />Mr. Howard Bassire noted that there have been no <br />land sales since 1981 in the Airport Industrial Park. <br />Mr. Nimtz noted that the Commission would prefer to <br />recommend to the Council to designate Phases IV and <br />V a tax abatement impact areas because they are <br />hea ily underdeveloped and have the staff study the <br />oth r phases. <br />-3- <br />312 CLAIM WAS APPROVED <br />AND ORDERED TO BE PAID <br />NO COMMUNICATIONS <br />NO OLD BUSINESS <br />COMMISSION PASSED RESOLU- <br />TION NO. 664, AS AMENDED, <br />ENCOURAGING THE COMMON <br />COUNCIL TO DECLARE PHASES <br />IV AND V OR THE AIRPORT <br />INDUSTRIAL PARK A TAX <br />ABATEMENT IMPACT AREA <br />
