Auburn and unanimously carried, the <br />amendments <br />to the Not-for-Profit Group Grant <br />Rehabilitation <br />Program were approved. <br />Commission <br />approval requested for a Not-For- <br />Profit <br />Group Rehabilitation Grant for the <br />HomE <br />Builders Association in the amount of <br />$20,000 <br />for the move and rehabilitation of <br />a structure <br />located at 2501 Mishawaka Avenue. <br />Ms. <br />Baumgartner noted that this is the oldest <br />hou <br />e in River Park and that the Home Builders <br />Association <br />will be performing a substantial <br />rehabilitation <br />as well as moving the house to <br />Nor <br />hside Boulevard. The total project cost <br />will <br />be approximately $75,000. <br />Ms. <br />Shirley Combs, from the Home Builders As- <br />sociation, <br />noted that the structure will be <br />highlighted <br />in the publication 1001 Home Ideas <br />in February <br />of 1983. <br />Upon <br />a motion made by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. <br />Piasecki and unanimously carried, the Not- <br />For-Profit <br />Group Grant award was approved. <br />Commission <br />approval requested for awarding _a <br />contract <br />to Campbell Electric in the amount of <br />72.00 <br />for Ms. Patricia Jernigan at 1201 East <br />Miner. <br />Baumgartner noted that this contract was <br />Ms. <br />a result <br />of the applicant's property not havini, <br />sufficient <br />electrical grounding. The mistake <br />was <br />made by Bud Wilton, the prior general con- <br />tractor, <br />and the cost will be taken from Mr. <br />Wilton's <br />1% retainage contract. <br />Upon <br />a motion made by Mr. Donaldson, seconded <br />by Vs. <br />Auburn and unanimously carried, the con• <br />tract <br />was awarded to Campbell Electric in the <br />amount <br />of $72.00. <br />Com <br />ission approval requested for awarding a <br />contract <br />in connection with e Grant Program <br />or <br />V.V.
