IAP Partner - <br />shi made a bid of $1,600.00 for Parcel 16. <br />Sta f favorably recommends this bid. <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Cr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the <br />bid by IAP Partnership for Parcel 16 in.the <br />Monroe-Sample Development Area in the amount <br />of $1,600.00 was approved. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Commission approval requested for an amend- <br />ment, to the Neighborhood Paint-Up Program <br />Gui elines in accordance with the recommenda- <br />tio s from the Bureau of Housing. <br />Ms. Baumgartner explained that the change <br />per,itted homowners who were cited by the <br />Nei hborhood Code Enforcement Office for <br />peeling paint to apply for the Neighborhood <br />Pai t -Up Program. <br />Upo a motion made by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Pr. Donaldson and unanimously carried, the <br />ame dment .was- approved. <br />b. Commission approval requested for the Competi- <br />tiVE Housing Group Project Guidelines. <br />Upor a motion made by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the <br />Com etitive Housing Group Guidelines were <br />approved. <br />c. Commission approval requested for an amendment <br />to the Not - For - Profit Group Grant Rehabilitation <br />Pro ram. <br />Ms. Baumgartner noted that the changes included <br />expanding the program city -wide; increasing the <br />all wable amount of the Grant to an eligible <br />recipient from $10,000 to $20,000; and further- <br />morE permitting any client whether or not they <br />are of low -to- moderate income to take advantage <br />of he Program if they are eliminating slum and <br />bli ht through the rehabiliatation process. <br />0 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED AN AMENDMENT <br />TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD PAINT -UP <br />PROGRAM GUIDELINES TO PERMIT <br />HOMEOWNERS WHO ARE CITED BY THE <br />NEIGHBORHOOD CODE ENFORCEMENT <br />TO APPLY <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE GUIDE- <br />LINES FOR THE COMPETITIVE HOUSING <br />GROUP PROJECT <br />COMMISSION APPROVED AMENDMENT <br />TO THE NOT -FOR- PROFIT GROUP GRANT <br />REHABILITATION PROGRAM <br />
