Commission approval requested for an amend- ment, to the Neighborhood Paint-Up Program Gui elines in accordance with the recommenda- tio s from the Bureau of Housing. Ms. Baumgartner explained that the change per,itted homowners who were cited by the Nei hborhood Code Enforcement Office for peeling paint to apply for the Neighborhood Pai t -Up Program. Upo a motion made by Mr. Piasecki, seconded by Pr. Donaldson and unanimously carried, the ame dment .was- approved. b. Commission approval requested for the Competi- tiVE Housing Group Project Guidelines. Upor a motion made by Ms. Auburn, seconded by Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the Com etitive Housing Group Guidelines were approved. c. Commission approval requested for an amendment to the Not - For - Profit Group Grant Rehabilitation Pro ram.
