Commission approval requested for adoption <br />of Homeowner's Emergency Loan Program (HELP) <br />Guidelines. <br />This item was tabled until June 11, 1982. <br />b. Commission approval requested for awarding of <br />prc osals in connection with the Section 312 <br />Loan Program in accordance with the recommen- <br />dation from the Bureau of Housing. <br />Name Contractor Amount <br />Carlis Phillips John's Floor Service $475.74 <br />Mrs. Baumgartner explained that this item had <br />been tabled at the last meeting because the <br />Bureau of Housing had not had the opportunity <br />to investigate the type of work John's Floor Ser- <br />vice does. They have now investigated the qualit, <br />of work and since John's Floor Service does fine <br />work the Bureau of Housing now recommends that <br />the proposal be approved. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Robinson, seconded by <br />Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, the contract <br />for Carlis Phillips at 1106 W. Washington in the <br />amount of $475.74 was awarded to John's Floor <br />Service. <br />d.
