Parent As I have discussed with you earlier, I am recommending that you appoint Mr. Jon R. Hunt Executive Director of the South Bend Department of Redevelopment, effective May 1, 982. By virtue of appointment to that post, Mr. Hunt will also direct all of the City's economic develop- ment ac ivities, including the Community Development pro- gram. Since January, 1980, Mr. Hunt has been my Administrative Assistant. In that capacity, he has been involved in all aspects of City government, including many of the City's development projects, housing and community development program.,;.
