Butler for legal services relating to the Department was app1roved. Com fission approvalrequested to renew lease with First Auto Lease for a:vehicle to be used b the Department. Mr. McMahon explained that this is a renewal of a lease for a vehi.cle.we have had'�from Gurley -Leep during the past year. The monthly rental fee is $205.15. The terms and.conditions of this renewal are identical to that which we had in the past and thi is simply an extension of that vehicle lease. On a motion made by Ms. Auburn, seconded by Mr. Pia ecki and unanimously carried, the request to renew a lease with First Auto Lease for a vehicle to je used by the Department was approved. i. Comiission approval requested for First Amendment to 1ana ement Agreement as it relates to the First Bank Center. There has been a change in the management organiza- tion as it relates to the Marriott Hotel /First Bank Complex in that Jacobs, Visconsi, Jacobs is stepping up and taking the lead role as the managing partner for the ownership. The ownership structure remains the same. On a motion made by Ms. Auburn, seconded by Mr. Pia ecki, the request for First Amendment to Manage- ment Agreement as it relates to the First Bank Center was approved. 8 COMMISSION APPROVED AGREE- MENT WITH KEVIN J.
