14 <br />777 <br />7t <br />The board met in re gular session at 10 A. M. Mr. McInerny absent. <br />Bond approved and contract signed with T. IA. BeLure on N. Michigan street and <br />Notre Dame street walks. <br />Petition filed for Grade? Curb & Walk on Sixth street from Washington street <br />to Linden avenue. Referred to Engineer for specifications. <br />Petition filed by propertyowners on Michigan avenue between Wilber street and <br />Olive street as -king that Michigan avenue be retained its full width of 100 feet <br />between said Olive and Wilber streets. <br />Engineer filed report re.arding the construction of a culvert at the inter- <br />section of Fox street and Nitwer street. Same was referred to the Board of <br />Commissioners of St. Joseph County with request for consideration and action. <br />SPECIAL SESSION AT 7.15 P. M. _ <br />The Board met in special session at 7:15 P. M. Mr. McInerny absent. <br />Hearing given on assessment. roll and final estimate for Pipe Sever on Catalpa <br />avenue and Calvert street from Kemble avenue to Ewing--avenu'e. Under Imp Res. 153. <br />No remonstrances were filed and no remonstrance appeardZd The Board therefore <br />find that the property assessed is g�benefN4to the amount of assessr.-ents in <br />said roll, and the Board. accordingly find that the assessment roll filed May 27th, 1901 <br />and the final estimate allowed June 7th, 1904, should be and the sameis hereby <br />approved and confirmed. <br />
