The Board met in regular session in the office of the Board At 10 A.M. All <br />members of the Board being present. <br />The Board having under consideration the assessment of benefits and the awards <br />of damages in the condemnation proceedings brought under condemnation Resolution #12, <br />adopted on the 25th. day of July, 1903,'and confirmed on Aug. 14th, 19030 the Board <br />find that the properties affected by said condemnation are respectively damaged or han;.r <br />benefited in the amounts shown on the roll of awards. and assessments made and agreed. <br />upon this 9th. day of September, 1903, which roll roll t*ff awards and assessments is ma <br />made a part of this record. <br />Resolved that notices of the amount of said awards and assessments be personally <br />served upon the owners of the properties mentioned, or proper notice given by legal <br />publication in cases requiring such legal notice, stating that this Board will give.a <br />hearing on the matter of such awards and assessments at its office on the 29th. day of <br />September, 1903, at 7:15 P.M. <br />In the matter of the hearing on the Assessment Roll and Final estimates for the <br />Grade and Curb on High street under improvement resolution # 107: also, for cement <br />walks on Pennsylvania avenue from Carroll to High street under Improvement Resolution <br />+136. The Board having considered the objections raised at the meeting of the evening <br />before, and having heard the Engineers report as to the character of the work, find <br />that the properties described in said rolls are each respectively benefited in the <br />respective amounts shown on said roll, and that the Assessment Rolls filed Aug. 26th, <br />1903, and the Final Estimates allowed Aug. 26th, 1903, should be and the same are hereby <br />in all things ratified, confirmed add approved. <br />In connection with the above work on Pennsylvania avenue the Contractor was <br />notified to repair some four blocks of the walk.u-:. <br />President. <br />
