Routine business <br />'was transacted. <br />EVENING SESSION <br />The Board met in special session at 7:15 P.M., present being the members of the <br />Board, the City Engineer and the clerk. <br />Hearing on the Monroe street water connections adopted by the Common Council <br />on the 13th. day of July, 1903. Postponed until Saturday A.Di. Oct. 3rd, 1903. <br />Hearing on the sewer 2onnections on Enerick s6 eet, adopted by the Common <br />Council on the 13t°►. day, of July, 1903. No resonstrants appeared and se. remonstranc" <br />were filed, the Board find that the connections have been made in accerdence with the <br />specifications filed by the Engineer, approved by this Board, and each assessment for <br />each connection to each piece of property as made is of a benefit to that piece of <br />TOperty in the amount as shown on said roll. Several remonstrants appeared and objected to the amounts of their <br />assessments as shown on said roll. The Board took the matter under advisement until <br />Saturday A.M.
