Mrs. Kolata explained that the covenants for the Monroe-Sample commercial areas are very similar to the covenants adopted for the industrial area at the last meeting, and were written specifically for the three commercial areas identified in the Monroe- Sample plan. The commercial area covenants reflect two changes from that of the industrial area coven- ant No statement is made regarding setback re- quirements, present zoning will designate that item; and metal buildings will be constructed without spe ific written approval from the Design Review Com- mit ee. On a motion by Mr. Robinson, seconded by Mr. Cira and unanimously carried, the request for adoption of Covenants for the Monroe - Sample Commercial Area was approved. f.
