South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Rescheduled Regular Meeting - October 9, 1981 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (continued) <br />c. continued... <br />On a motion by Mr. Robinson, seconded by Mr. Cira SECTION 312 LOAN AND <br />and unanimously carried, the request for a Section HOMESTEAD PROGRAM PROPOSAL <br />312 Loan and Homestead Program proposal, in accord- APPROVED <br />ance with recommendation by the Bureau of Housing, <br />was approved. <br />d. Commission approval requested for House Moving and <br />Clearance Contract No. 3. <br />Mr. Nimtz placed Mr. Robinson in the chair since <br />the contract is between Redevelopment and Southold <br />Heritage Foundation, Inc. <br />On a motion by Mr. Donaldson, seconded by Mr. Cira HOUSE MOVING AND CLEARANCE <br />and unanimously carried, the request for House Mov- CONTRACT NO. 3 WITH SOUTHOLD <br />ing and Clearance Contract No. 3 with Southold HERITAGE FOUNDATION, INC. <br />Heritage Foundation, Inc., was approved. WAS APPROVED <br />e. Com ission a proval re uested for Covenants for the <br />Mon oe -Sam le Commercial Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that the covenants for the <br />Monroe-Sample commercial areas are very similar to <br />the covenants adopted for the industrial area at the <br />last meeting, and were written specifically for the <br />three commercial areas identified in the Monroe- <br />Sample plan. The commercial area covenants reflect <br />two changes from that of the industrial area coven- <br />ant No statement is made regarding setback re- <br />quirements, present zoning will designate that item; <br />and metal buildings will be constructed without <br />spe ific written approval from the Design Review Com- <br />mit ee. <br />On a motion by Mr. Robinson, seconded by Mr. Cira <br />and unanimously carried, the request for adoption <br />of Covenants for the Monroe - Sample Commercial Area <br />was approved. <br />f. Com ission approval requested for Design Guidelines, <br />HonNe -SaMO] e Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata presented the Design Guidelines which <br />hav been developed to assist developers with their <br />m <br />COVENANTS FOR MONROE- <br />SAMPLE COMMERCIAL AREA <br />ADOPTED <br />
