OLD BUSINESS a, Demolition Contract No. 43 Mr. Butler explained that the contract docu- ments with Ritschard Brothers Inc. have been reviewed and he found them in proper order. He asked the Commission to confirm its action taken Friday, December 4 in awarding the bid to Ritschard and authorize execution of the contract documents. A motion was made by Mr. Cira to ratify and con- firm the awarding of the contract to the low bidder, Ritschard Brothers, Inc., for the demo- lition of the Odd Fellows Building (Demolition Contract No. 43), for the president and secre- tary to execute the necessary contract, and for the demolition to be held until further order of the Commission. Mr. Robinson seconded the motion and it was unanimously carried. 4. NEWIBUSINESS Q c. Item "a" is for title work in the area in the amount of $3,125.00. Item "b" is for survey work north of Sample Street in the amount of $2,800.00 and item "c" is for survey work south of Sample Street in the amount of $3,500.
