It will be concentrated in the southeast <br />portion of the City and it is all directed toward <br />tenant occupied rental units. The concept of the <br />ppro ram is that we deposit $100,000 of our Community <br />Dev lopment funds this year and the Government will <br />giVE us $100,000 in 312 Loans. We have received bids <br />fron a number of individuals who expressed an interest <br />in in this program to rehabilitate those <br />ten �articipating <br />nt occupied structures. <br />We ill receive a Section 8 Certificate for every <br />`10,000 that we are injecting from the Community De- <br />vel pment Program. For the $100,000 we are putting <br />
