This program has <br />been going on for a few years, and recently twelve <br />names were drawn There are two corrections to be <br />made to the list shown. Maxie Bolden has withdrawn <br />and the names of Jeffrey and Rhonda Florian are to <br />be substituted for the property located at 409 East <br />Haney Street. Donald Byrd has also withdrawn and <br />a new name will be substituted for this property at <br />a later date. There <br />was also a great deal of concrete rubble that had been <br />in existence underneath some of the floor slabs.
