South Bend edevelopment Commission <br />Rescheduled Regular Meeting - July 24, 1981 <br />5. OLD BUS NESS (continued) <br />a. continued... <br />Mr. Nimtz stated that he agreed with Ms. Auburn and <br />Mr. McMahon commented that our housing programs will <br />come before the Commission for review prior to their <br />adoption. <br />It was asked if it was premature for Historic Land- <br />marks Foundation and Southold Heritage Foundation.to <br />put together a presentation as to what they see hap- <br />pening in the Monroe- Sample area. It was agreed to <br />have such a presentation at the next Commission meeting. <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Auburn, seconded by Mr. COMMISSION APPROVED.-,.AGREE- <br />Donaldson and unanimously carried, the Agreement for MENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SER- <br />Pro essional Services with Historic Landmarks Founda- VICES WITH HISTORIC LAND- <br />tiori was approved (Mr. Nimtz did not vote) MARKS FOUNDATION OF INDIANA <br />Mr.INimtz resumed the Chair. <br />Mr. McM hon asked <br />not on 1he agenda <br />in f1onr e- Sample . <br />for thi parcel b <br />apprais Pclaimer . Commission approval requested for the following Section <br />312 Loan Program propos aIs in accordance with recommen- <br />at on of the Bureau of Housinq. <br />Mr. McMahon stated that there are twelve (12) contracts <br />to onsider in conjunction with the 312 Loan Program, <br />and all are recommended to go to the low bidder. <br />Mrs Baumgartner stated that the majority of the con- <br />tra is are for the remaining amounts of 312 loan <br />mon y left in those peoples accounts. <br />It as stated that the contract for Paul Hayden, 113 <br />Lau el Court, should read 113 Laurel Street. <br />it <br />
