COMMUNICATIONS There wre no communications to present to the Commission. 5. PUBLIC FEARING Mr. McMahon explained to the Commission that this public hearing is for the second major phase of acquisition in the Monroe-Sample Development Area. It primarily affects the area south of Bronson Street, east of the area includ- ed in our first acquisition phase. There are also a few isolated properties near the intersection of Fellows and Monroe Street involved. In order to initiate this rather lengthy process, this has come before the Common Council and vari us public bodies, as necessary, and is now be- fore the Commission for a public hearing. 5 THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS TO PRESENT TO THE COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING ON MONROE- SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT AREA
