COMMUNICATIONS <br />There wre no communications to present to the <br />Commission. <br />5. PUBLIC FEARING <br />Mr. McMahon explained to the Commission that this public <br />hearing is for the second major phase of acquisition in <br />the Monroe-Sample Development Area. It primarily affects <br />the area south of Bronson Street, east of the area includ- <br />ed in our first acquisition phase. There are also a few <br />isolated properties near the intersection of Fellows and <br />Monroe Street involved. In order to initiate this rather <br />lengthy process, this has come before the Common Council <br />and vari us public bodies, as necessary, and is now be- <br />fore the Commission for a public hearing. <br />5 <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS <br />TO PRESENT TO THE COMMISSION <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON MONROE- <br />SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />
