Ken all Street <br />On motion made by Ms. Auburn, seconded by Mr. Donald- COMMISSION AWARDED SIX (6) <br />son and unanimously carried, the Grant Program bid CONTRACTS UNDER GRANT <br />contracts were awarded per recommendation from the PROGRAM <br />Bureau of Housing. <br />8. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mr. McM hon informed the Commission that there was a need <br />to amend two Proclaimers that previously were approved by <br />the Commission. The first amends the Monroe- Sample Pro - <br />claimer for Parcel No. 1 -3. In reviewing the appraisals <br />that had been made on the property we found that we had <br />to reject one and order a new appraisal. The new appraisals <br />came in and resulted in a small difference in the offering <br />price that was previously approved. I'm requesting that <br />the Com ission acknowledge that activity and allow the in- <br />crease in the offering price for Parcel No. 1 -3 in the <br />Monroe - Sample Area. <br />Upon motion made by fir. Donaldson, seconded by Ms. Auburn MONROE- SAMPLE PROCLAIMER <br />and unanimously carried, the Monroe- Sample Procjaimer for NO. 1 AMENDED FOR PARCEL <br />Parcel N . 1 -3 was amended. NO. 1 -3 <br />Mr. McMahon stated that there was a need for a change in <br />the Proc aimer that was done on the Griffon Bookstore in <br />conjunction with Century Mall acquisition. At the time <br />the proc ss was completed, we found that there were two <br />items that had been previously shown as movable fixtures <br />which, a a result of the activity, proved that they were <br />immovable fixtures and should be added to the compensa- <br />tion to that business since there was a loss to the busi- <br />ness when they moved. <br />Upon mot on made by Mr. Donaldson, seconded by Ms. Auburn CENTURY MALL PROCLAIMER <br />and unan mously carried, the Proclaimer relating to the AMENDED FOR PARCEL NO. <br />Griffon ookstore was amended. 9- 27 -27A <br />13 <br />
