We <br />thirik we can demonstrate to them that there is a <br />market in the neighborhood and that we can do some <br />things on a short -term basis to help them so that <br />they will not be as negatively impacted as they <br />wou d otherwise be. Mr. McMahon explained that this <br />act on will not compensate them for loss of customers, <br />but would only put Max's on the acquisition list. <br />Mr. Donaldson made a motion that Resolution No. 636 RESOLUTION NO. 636 AMENDED <br />be amended to add Parcel 4 -1 to the acquisition list.
