Res lution No. 633 declaring the Monroe-Sample Re- <br />dev to ment Area to be blighted and approving a <br />Dev to ment Plan and Conditions under which relocation <br />Davinents will be made. <br />Mr. McMahon: Mr. Chairman, today's meeting primarily <br />deals with the Monroe- Sample area, and you have attached <br />Res lution No. 633 which declares the Monroe - Sample area <br />to e blighted and approves our Development Plan for this <br />area.
